The Clock Gate is the symbol of Cartagena, and often, Colombia, as well! The center gate originally was the only opening into the Walled City. It led to an over water bridge and to the Walled Village of Getsemani. The left and right gates did not exist, but within these areas, and accessible from inside of the Walled City, were the Munitions Depot and a Chapel.
