                      - Standard & Poor's signaled on Wednesday that Colombia

economy's resilience. The agency revised to positive
from stable the outlook on Colombia's BB-plus foreign-currency
                      rating. "We believe it is
likely that the Republic of Colombia's incoming administration
will pursue policies that will strengthen the country's
economic resilience," S&P said in a statement. |
