CARIBE PLAZA recently opened in Cartagena joining other world famous Shopping Centers throughout Colombia such as: El Tesoro or: Oviedo, both in Medellin, Colombia.
The company owns Caribe Plaza is OSPINAS (www.ospinas.com.co) with 75 years of construction/management experience.
With 198 tenants and 700 covered parking spaces the two anchor stores are HOMECENTER and CARREFOUR, similar to Lowe's/Home Depot and Wal-Mart super centers.

Comparing the four other major centers in Cartagena, the Caribe Plaza contains more than twice the size (80,800 square meters) of the the second largest center!
It can be argued that the greatest number of shopping stores continues to be El Centro and Bocagrande, but what ever a shopper needs or wants, Cartagena has it all.
