Museum/House of Simon Bolivar

The first house the general occupied during his stay in Cartagena. It was here, in 1812, that Simon Bolivar wrote the Cartagena Manifesto.

The building now serves as an air conditioned student library. Worth a cool visit. Shhhhhhhhhhhh.
