This
small park is typical, and serves as a gathering spot for the surrounding
neighborhood.
An elevated statute in the center hides the electrical sub station which serves the neighborhood. The park features lots of shade trees, flowers and plants, plus many comfortable benches. Also, numerous trash receptacles, and something special: a free telephone with a time limit of two minutes for local calls only. There is no excuse for kids without a cel phone not to check in with mom. How civilized!
