SALES AND RENTALS
For Our clients and investors who purchase a property through Cartagena First American Realty, we offer our property rental and management services. We want everyone to know that when they buy a property with us, they will have the option of our full "turn key" services with the assurance that we are here "after the sale/purchase" to help look after their investment. 

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Some clients and investors may only have a need for our Propert Management services and do not wish to rent their property when they are not here...No problem! We will pay all bills and look after other services and repairs as needed, etc.

RENOVATIONS
Often the better investment value is found in a property or apartment that is a little older and in need of some cosmetic repairs, updating or upgrades, or a full renovation may be desired? For those who purchase through Cartagena First American Realty, we offer this service also. Steven has several years of experience with excellent references.
